Although it may be a little too late, I applaud State Rep. Roger Michele's strong condemnation of Aside from the fact that the last thing Bristol needs is the destruction of open space for more brick and mortar factories, many residents think that what is being done to this elderly family is indeed immoral and unethical.

Mayor Frank Nicastro justifies his action by saying that "[the city] did everything by the book" and that may be true under the lenient interpretation of eminent domain by today's courts.

However, he fails to understand that we also oppose this land grab based on principles found in the Good Book as well as those in other religions that you should care for your neighbor and it is wrong to steal.
