The Brevard County Commission has "on the shelf" complete authority from the Florida Legislature to create a powerful new and separate local government agency that, among other things, is granted the legal power of "eminent domain" to condemn private property that may stand in its way.

You can read about it in tonight's update of The Brevard Whistler Blower (http://www.brevardwhistleblower.com).

We also explore "Brevard's Conflict of Interest Agencies" where board members spend tax money on their own or clients' property. Nice trick if you can get away with it, right? We show you how it is done on Merritt Island.

Brevard Whistle Blower has received such a powerful response that a major advertising campaign is scheduled for next month and March to bring its message into more Brevard homes.

We'll be advertising on such shows as "The O'Reilly Factor" and "Hardball" and "Crossfire" as well as quite a few spots on Channel 13.

We may also be carrying some of our own advertising from national sponsors, but, for the present, will refrain from carrying local ads to avoid any attempts to influence our story content.

And speaking of stories, our February "lineup" will have a very strong impact on county government. Stay tuned ... you're in for a few shocks as we reveal some deep secrets some county officials would like to keep hidden (and have successfully done for years).
