HELLO, Florida Legislature! WHY hasn't Terri's Bill been introduced yet???

October 20, 2003

As you are all well aware, Time Is Vital to Terri -- Theresa Marie Schindler Schiavo. She's now been denied food AND water for FIVE FULL DAYS. This is Murder, and you are complicit by not getting on this post haste!

You already have Florida Statute 765.309 that spells out that you already had the law on the books to have kept this from ever having happened.

Theresa Marie Schindler Schiavo is not dying of a terminal illness -- she is illegally being held hostage by a murderous husband and his hirelings, a 'husband' whose long-term adulterous actions have produced one and soon to be two children by a woman, Jodi A. Centonze, that he calls his 'fiancee' and resides with in a fine home ... while he imprisons and kills Terri by refusing all aide for her.

He could simply have divorced her years ago and moved on, but no! That wouldn't have netted him hundreds of thousands of dollars -- and he wants Terri DEAD so he can siphon the rest of the money that was SPECIFICALLY to have been used for the THERAPY that she's ALWAYS been denied since the date of the court settlement, by guess who? Michael R. Schiavo!

Read the Bone Scan report here:

Read the poignant letter from Terri's father, pleading with Hospice Woodside (where she is held hostage) to provide decent medical attention). A must read!

Most of all, go here: http://www.TerrisFight.org/lead.htm  and LOOK AT TERRI! LISTEN TO TERRI! Terri is NOT comatose! She is NOT in a 'persistent vegetative state!' Saying either about Terri is simply not true!

"...or to permit deliberate act or omission to end life" < DELIBERATE ACT TO END LIFE, is NOT a "natural process".

Main Entry: 1pro·cess Pronunciation: 'prä-"ses, 'prO-, -s&s Function: noun Inflected Form(s): plural pro·cess·es /-"se-s&z, -s&-, -"sEz/ Etymology: Middle English proces, from Middle French, from Latin processus, from procedere Date: 14th century 1 a : PROGRESS, ADVANCE <in the process of time> b : something going on : PROCEEDING 2 a (1) : a natural phenomenon marked by gradual changes that lead toward a particular result <the process of growth> (2) : a natural continuing activity or function <such life processes as breathing> b : a series of actions or operations conducing to an end;

SO ONCE AGAIN - READ THE STATUTE:

(1) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to condone, authorize, or approve mercy killing or euthanasia, or to permit any affirmative or deliberate act or omission to end life other than to permit the natural process of dying.

PROCESS = a natural phenomenon. Therefore, the Florida Statute states; Nothing can be done by affirmative or deliberate act of omission to end life, other than to permit the natural process of dying. Meaning the person MUST FIRST BE DYING ON THEIR OWN - they must already have some condition that is killing them which you are trying to stop. Terri has no health condition that would lead as a natural phenomenon to her death if she was allowed to be fed.

If a person is allowed to eat and drink - and does not die, but then if that person is denied to eat and drink and does die AS ANY HUMAN WOULD, their death was NOT a natural process of dying, but a result of deliberate act of withholding what every human being needs to live or would die. Death by this means is therefore not a natural process BUT an un-natural process, a deliberate act to bring about death.

Death IS the natural progression (end result) if any human would be denied food and water, but the withholding of food and water which sustains all life is not natural, it is a deliberate act to bring about their DEATH! full article here: www.highway2health.net/schiavo2.htm >

or to permit deliberate act or omission to end life DELIBERATE ACT TO END LIFE, is NOT a "natural process". Terri would LIVE if she was allowed what any other human needs to sustain life. Therefore, the Judge and Court are in error to allow a deliberate act to end her life!, and is in violation of Florida Statute 765.309.

Whoever participates or allows her life to be "terminated unnaturally", is guilty of murder and should be criminally prosecuted. www.highway2health.net
