San Francisco, California - The Associated Press reported erroneously on February 26, 2003, that a 1999 plan allowed a lumber company to harvest trees in Headwaters Forest.

The plan allowed the company to harvest trees on its remaining lands, some of which border the Headwaters preserve, but not within the forest.
