As part of his forest tour, Bob Vila will walk through a North American forest with Dr. Patrick Moore, Greenpeace co-founder and wood-use advocate.

Dr. Moore plans to discuss why wood offers homeowners the best option for green building along with the industry's efforts to ensure that forests will continue to be abundant and growing for generations to come.

The feature will air on Bob Vila's top-rated, nationally syndicated "Home Again" television show, beginning Monday, January 20, 2003.

During much of 2002, the Wood Promotion Network's Wood Information Bureau worked with Bob Vila to discuss and arrange promotion of positive wood and forest messages.

In addition to the on-air segment, complementary content has been posted to www.bobvila.com.

This online content along with Bob Vila's televised forest tour is expected to capture an audience of some 10 million homeowners and builders.
