Great Lakes Regional
Collaboration Strategy to be Released
July 7 in Minnesota
(Note: Hello, Language Deception! "Regional"
"Collaboration" "Strategy" "protect and
restore" "action plan" "critical" -- all
players in this Control Intent. Also, look at the tiny window of
time 'given' to announce this -- the release didn't go out until
AFTER working folks had gone home for the day. "Protecting and
restoring" "natural resources" means nothing but
Controlling them and saying who can and who cannot use them. We're
talking about a LOT of water here.)
