This entire email, including headers, is to be construed and
accepted as my Official Shawnee Forest Plan Revision Comments.
I am deeply concerned about the economy of the area which includes
the Shawnee [national] forest.
There are currently no fewer than seven designated wilderness areas,
with at least three more in the planning stages. These designated
wilderness areas -- the goal of those implementing The Wildlands
Project -- are denuded of humans: EXCEPT those few who are so
steeped in 'deep ecology' that they consider such places religious
worship areas. This also has the desired effect of decimating the
economy of the region, further denuding ever more areas of humans.
More and more privately owned land -- which, incidentally, has
become more and more 'inholdings,' or private lands surrounded by
federal lands -- now is targeted for 'acquisition' as 'habitat' for
'endangered' 'poster species.' Why, 'possible habitat' for the
lily-livered whatnot will likely soon be announced as the reason
more chunks of land are to be acquired -- by whatever means
necessary to create 'willing sellers' or by the preferred method of
control: 'conservation easements,' which still entitle the private
owner to bear the yoke of property taxes, while losing use of
his/her/their land.
The Forest Service is currently preventing people living adjacent to
the forest from entering on horseback. These people, many of
whom live where they do because of the close proximity to the [national]
forest -- and who heard that the Forest Service is a 'good neighbor'
-- must now load their horses and drive for miles to reach
a permitted trailhead.
The reason for this arbitrary behavior on the part of the Forest
Service is only too clear: To devalue the property abutting
the [national] forest.
This creates by coercion and malevolent actions on the part of
federal employees -- like the 'National' Park 'Service,' 'U.S.'
Fish & Wildlife 'Service,' Bureau of Land 'Management,' etc., an
invitation for endless expansion, until everything everywhere
is owned by the government.
This means that ever-increasing areas of the Shawnee [national]
forest -- and many other places, though my Official Public Comments
deal today with just this one -- are deroaded, gated and locked Off
Limits to almost all people. How 'pristine' is a world that has been
arbitrarily forced into a static time frame: 'as it was before
European settlement,' i.e., pre-1492?
How is it that such a date and such a 'settlement' is the point
before which Earth was ostensibly 'nirvana?' Hogwash and balderdash,
sports fans! Whoever decided to put European-descended Americans --
Americans by birth and Americans through and through -- on such a
Language Deception guilt trip? Traitors to America and all this
great country stands for, that's who. Yes, some dare call it
treason, for that is what it is.
We are not protected by our Constitution as much as our Constitution
is protected by us. The leaky boat we are currently in is the result
of our being complacent and taking for granted that we'd be
'protected' by a document that clearly never intended to be the only
protection of our freedom.
Our freedom -- our property rights, our property, our free use of
that property, and thereby our prosperity -- cannot exist without
OUR INVOLVEMENT.
A few of us have been involved, but more are being added to that
number every day. The snowball is gathering size, strength and
momentum, and those who are hungering for the truth and receiving
only 'empty calories' from what they are spoon fed by the major
media sources, are finding 'meat and potatoes' in the truth.
Every word of what I write to you today is The Truth and nothing
less.
The First Amendment clearly states: "Congress shall make no law
respecting an establishment of religion..." -- yet, by sleight
of hand and behind closed doors, for years this Trojan Horse has
been built using words in the form of Language Deception
as its material. Implementing The Wildlands Project is ESTABLISHING
A RELIGION, AND also giving its followers a HUGE place to
worship that has been ill-gotten through theft, using such
unconstitutional legislation as the 'Endangered Species Act'
and others.
Its high time we revive our knowledge of all we owe our Founding
Fathers and our Christian heritage (yes, I said Christian,
because it's TRUE) and our Constitutional Republic and STOP this
wholesale theft of property rights and decimation of America's
economy on the altar of The Wildlands Project, which is nothing more
than Global Control of all people.
The Wildlands Project is nothing more than the Language Deception
stalking horse for killing property rights and freedom. It is a
non-native, invasive abomination that deserves a deep hole and a
formal burial -- and the sooner, the better.
The Shawnee [national] forest revision plan is undoubtedly a 'plan.'
It is, however, a 'plan' that denigrates people by removing them
from ever more areas of the [national] forest and decimating the
promised 'recreation' from its boundaries.
It is clear that any and all current and future 'plans' for this
forest must be gutted and started again from Square One, with Square
One being the prohibition of the Forest Service from closing ANY
trails that cross private land.
Square Two: No more purchase of private lands or conservation
easements on private land.
Square Three: No more forbiddance of equestrians and other
recreationists from forest lands.
Square Four: The Immediate Cancellation/Revocation of All
'designated,' 'proposed,' or 'planned' 'wilderness areas.' Having
[national] forests -- originally intended to provide Americans with
an abundance and reliable source of timber -- MUST go back to its
original, stated intent and dispense with the 'Closed' signs and
locked gates to the very people whose taxpayer dollars bought the
[national] forest lands in the first place. Respecting the REAL
OWNERS of these lands and the responsible users of them means not
locking them up and holding them at armed/arm's length from the
places recreating families should be enjoying -- and where
timber harvest MUST again take place as part of the Original Intent
for the founding of the Forest Service in the first place. Remember,
it was/is part of the United States Department of AGRICULTURE
(USDA), BECAUSE trees are a renewable resource.
REVIVE and breathe new life into resource providing -- in
America, land that I love! -- and note that I appreciate those
who choose responsible resource providing and recreating over global
'providing' and thus, global dependence.
This statement is made because the Forest Service, its origin, the
USDA, and all Department of Interior agencies, are spending American
taxpayer dollars to 'rewild,' 'restore and protect' -- Control --
places all over the globe. That is not their province and it is not
their job.
As part of My Official Comments, this belongs in the record: such
federal agencies have NO BUSINESS existing or using American
taxpayer dollars internationally.
