Constitutional Authority

Dear Governor Bush jeb.bush@myflorida.com,  

Please step to the bat one more time.  You have the constitutional mandate and authority to enforce the laws of Florida .   Please take Terri Schiavo into your protective custody where she can enjoy all her civil rights.  Do not turn your back on a disabled woman who is the victim of outrageous spousal abuse.  

We know you have not done all you can do.  You alone have the supreme authority to enforce the laws of Florida .  You do not have to ask anyone’s permission.  Just do it.  Would you ask the legislative and judicial branches for permission to pardon a condemned person?  Of course not.  Please pardon this innocent woman in need of your protection.   Stop this judicial homicide. 

You also have the authority to investigate and prosecute those who are co-conspirators in the attempted murder of Terri Schiavo.
