Mr. President, 357 members of Congress have proven by their vote for H.B.3550 that they are catering to voters that, like them, will sell property rights to the highest voter - It's your chance: VETO H.B.3550

President Bush:

There are a thousand hacking at the branches of evil to one who is striking at the root. - Henry David Thoreau

"Few men have virtue to withstand the highest bidder." - George Washington

Along with an ever-growing number of my peers, 'regular folks' from all corners of America, voters that are conservative but no longer asleep -- aware of the massive Trojan Horse that has entered America's gates and the goals of those hidden within -- I am striking at the root with the certainty that if I expect my country to be great once again, I and others will withstand all bidders.

You have the chance to veto H.B.3550 and those of us that voted you into office watch closely to see if you will rise to this calling and redeem the grievous wrong wrought by the 357 Representatives that voted for H.B.3550.

H.B.3550 is another plainly unconstitutional gutting of property rights under the guise of 'transportation.' It uses taxpayer monies to take taxpayers' homes and all that they hold dear.

While some of its multitudinous 'perks' are good, concealed within its massive bulk are land thefts and property rights sabotage.

No one that truly values all America was founded upon could vote for such a bill, and I write to you to bring your attention to the express need -- the immediate need -- of vetoing it.

Although I'd heard rumors that this was an Election Year, the passage by the House of Representatives -- and one must wonder WHO and WHAT they have come to represent -- of House Bill 3550 has proven it.

Sixty-five Representatives with conscience voted to resist this Trojan Horse, come to steal property rights with all form and fashion of language deception, while 357 either did not know or did not care. Perhaps they, too, like so many Americans, have been lulled to sleep by the changes in language that make 'protection' anything but, in many cases, and almost totally obliterate the phrase 'illegal alien' -- or relegate it to 'Area 51' status. No, far be it from those running for political office, i.e., doing 'whatever it takes' to get votes -- to tell the populace what such things as 'pedestrian corridors' and the like really mean. Far be it from the 357 to explain what 'willing sellers' REALLY means.

I have read Mister Gore's treatise on erasing both America's Constitutional Republic and her middle class while gutting all her resource providers and putting 'human resources' into the vernacular. It is called 'Earth in the Balance' and if you have yet to read it, can be purchased through Amazon.com for as little as ONE PENNY (plus $3.49 shipping): http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/search-handle-form/104-8917311-3315148

Within this book's 497 pages are recommended things like the demise of automobile engines (pages 325-326), there is no mention of Armand Hammer and Mister Gore's father and the family ties that smell distinctly of oil. There is no mention of the mines that the family of Bruce Babbitt -- and likely Mister Babbitt himself -- own very near Arizona's Grand Canyon. There is no mention of the fact that virtually every member of Nevada Senator Harry Reid's family are engaged in resource providing -- while Mister Reid would stop all resource providing in his state, except for those he picks and chooses to continue such lucrative enterprises. I say lucrative because, as more and more land and water are locked up, out of reach of those that once dreamed the American Dream -- and made it come true -- the land and water left 'on the market' become to highly priced for ninety-five percent of Americans.

The map on pages 134-135 clearly illustrates that his -- or someone's -- 'vision' for the future of agriculture is NOT but in one area of America, that being Iowa, parts of Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Colorado, and perhaps Illinois. This means that agriculture being done in any other parts of America is slated for extinction; ditto for mining, timber harvesting, commercial fishing, ranching. What need has America for a 'transportation bill' if everything America has produced 'is no more'? Perhaps the thought of delivering all those products produced in other countries to a once independent, proud and strong Constitutional Republic, is why the 357 voted for this stalking horse. Delivery will be simple if none but the wealthy and powerful live in areas other than the 'high-density housing,' 'smart growth,' 'pedestrian-friendly' climes of giant cities.

In an Election Year, politicians will do anything, ANYTHING, to get votes, from that giant sucking sound that can be heard as any of them that think they can get the Mexican Illegal Alien Vote are doing everything in their power to help others that are already erasing America's sovereign border, and thus, contributing to Crime, apparently without benefit of Punishment.

Forgive me for this analogy, but from where most middle-class Americans stand, on this iceberg in a sea of 'Global Control Warming,' it seems that prostitutes and politicians have things in common, one with the other. It is arguable, which has more practice at peddling one's wares.

If my words seem harsh, perhaps it is because I am cognizant that there is no such thing as a 'war on drugs' -- when politicians push for drugs for both the young and the old, and even help Advertise (think: Robert Dole) drugs for the middle-aged. Neither is there such a thing as a 'war on terror' or a war on anything else, when the very ones implementing such black holes for taxpayer dollars are the ones that gain the most, monetarily, from the eternal Continuation of such 'wars.' I did not attend college, but have learned quite a bit of 'on the ground' knowledge about economics, and such 'wars' would be comical if they were not so blatantly using our Constitution and other Founding Documents -- the Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence spring to mind -- for little more than 'Handi Wipes.'

There is no 'gray area' when it comes to freedom or lack of it, sir.

There is no 'gray area' when it comes to property rights or the lack of them, sir.

There is no 'gray area' when it comes to sovereignty or the lack of it, sir.

I can say nothing that you do not already know. The difference between what you know and what you do is what is important beyond measure.

Veto House Bill 3550. Don't even hesitate. Lop off this one of many heads of Medusa -- and then go after Illegal Aliens and stop calling them 'Guest Workers.' They are neither guests of this country or workers. Those coming to America to work and be law abiding citizens do so honorably. They immigrate legally. They are not 'guest workers' -- they are future American citizens. They, like me, abhor this aberrant shaping of the English Language to fit whatever global control agenda is being delivered.

I fully appreciate the pressure that you and any other country's leader are under to cave in to globalism. Why, in the last thirty years alone, the trickle of resource providing and good jobs have become a flood reminiscent of Noah's time! Resisting such pressure is something that you and those around you must do, else you and they will have had a hand in the demise of America, land that I love. Global control is the antithesis of the Constitutional Republic of my forefathers.

I hope you will reconsider the banana peel upon which this country's foot rests.

I hope you will do it soon.
