Terri Schiavo -- Theresa Marie Schindler Schiavo -- will have her
forty-first birthday on December 3rd, 2004. She was grievously
injured under still-mysterious and questionable circumstances on
February 25, 1990, while alone with Michael Schiavo. Yes, her
husband, but an unfaithful husband and one from whom she was
contemplating divorce. This 'husband' was anything but exemplary,
and he was not faithful. He continues to prove this assertion with
his concubine, Jodi Centonze, and the living proof of his adultery:
two children, to date, that he has sired with Ms. Centonze. Michael
Schiavo is anything BUT the 'loving' husband that the major, muzzled
media continue to determinedly paint him. Terri is anything BUT
'vegetative', but she IS persistent! Terri PERSISTS in LIVING, not
because of Michael Schiavo but IN SPITE OF HIM! He has sought to end
Terri's life more than once. He has used monies that were awarded in
a court settlement for TERRI'S REHABILITATION: for his own
enrichment and comfort, his own 'quality of life.' He has condemned
Terri to a 'life' of imprisonment in hospices (illegally, as Terri
is NOT terminally ill) and other places where she receives no:
Sun or fresh breezes on her face.
The music that she loves to listen to.
The special clothes that her family and friends know she loves.
Touches from friends and pets -- and has oft been denied visits from
her parents and siblings.
Rehabilitation, even though Michael Schiavo has been COURT ORDERED
to use hundreds of thousands of dollars on such. Terri gets NONE.
Simple things like dental care, swallowing therapy so she can eat
more normally.
Terri is REPEATEDLY DENIED these things. Consistently. For YEARS.
For more than FOURTEEN YEARS.
As Terri's dad said on May 23, 2004, Terri "probably holds the
record for being held hostage longer than any US citizen."
To each and every one of you that reads this and is in a position to
help Terri -- keeping in mind that there, but for the grace of God,
could be any one of YOU, if you had not spelled out your wishes and
had an unfaithful spouse for a 'legal guardian' -- PLEASE HELP
TERRI!
Please! Help Terri NOW! This lady has gone through more horrors than
ANY combat soldier -- and all because she married a person that
cared more about himself than her.
We can ALL do SOMETHING to help Terri; each of us can decide to get
involved, knowing that what's a stake here is not only Terri's life
(and her happiness and health -- she NEEDS to be remanded to her
parents' care!) but also all the lives that will tumble like
dominoes if Terri is allowed to be what the 'merchants of death'
would call 'their' 'poster child.'
PLEASE.
I beg of you. I pray you will listen and HELP TERRI!
