Dear fellow Terri Schiavo supporters,

I've been hog-tied with making updates to my web site, especially in the new "Top 10" myths sections, and my computer's a little funny, having often had to restart.

 

Lastly, some anonymous friends in powerful news media positions are listening to me, and I took some time to try and pitch my points, after they gave some of my ideas a little news coverage on their very powerful website.

 

That's why I've been too busy to keep in touch the last couple of days -- sorry.

However, most other news media is not so good at news coverage:

For example, while Steve at WTVT-Fox-Ch.13-TV in Tampa Bay, was very polite and honest -- & took time to tell me what was interesting to them for coverage in the Schiavo case -- his eventual answer was that, no, they were not interested in my pending lawsuits, because every several days, there was new legal action.

He was polite and patient and all, but he did not believe that people really cared about the Terri Schiavo situation -- unless something "big" happened -- but by then it could be too late, you know.

 

I think he is wrong about what you want covered in their broadcast, so why don't you call him and let him know what you really think?

Further, the poll on Bay News 9 (cable, covering about 7-8 counties, I think), supports this theory of mine & indicates that Terri Schiavo was the "Top Story" for more people than all other stories combined! (She got 51% of the total vote at last count.)

While Bay News 9 (Toll free:1-888-437-1239, story ideas: 1-727-437-2100, news desk & producers) has never done news coverage of my matters, Mark McGee was very receptive to trying to cover this important story -- especially in relation, I think, to the fact that some of my legal actions, while valid, have been untried and untested by any others, including the very intelligent Schindler family attorney, Pat Anderson.

I invited him and other news anchors to look at copies of my court briefs, posted online. (And still do so: Links below!)

In spite of these news producers and reporters good manners and efforts, you might want to write them letting them know whether you really want news coverage of, say, my lawsuits, or other issues (what judge is appointed? new Guardian ad-litem? what's the current status, etc...)

So, I've made your email addresses private Bcc, but you can see their email and telephone addresses. They can air whatever they want, but I think it is wrong of them to say "nobody cares about this unless something big happens," when I've heard all you guys say differently. Either call & write them or accept the news coverage "Blackout" that is in effect.

Other than that, let them know whether you want news coverage or not. (Maybe I'm wrong about my claims that you all want news coverage...)

 

Please be polite, because I think they will be glad to cover a news item if they see that the public wants to know about it.

 

If you don't, your next hospital visit could be your last -- you know, like can you survive an illegal euthanasia by starving attempt, the thing which provoked me to file numerous lawsuits, me not even being a lawyer?
